How to Measure:

It's important to measure your foot accurately to find the right size shoe. To work out the size and width you will require, please follow these steps:

Measure the length of your foot by standing on a flat surface with your full weight on your foot, then measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

Add 10mm to your foot length to allow your foot room to move. This will give you the footbed length you need to find your size.

Measure the width of your foot across the broadest point. Compare your foot width measurement to the footbed width in your size to see if you will need a narrow or regular width.

Example: Julie's foot measures 240mm long and 95mm wide. Julie adds 10mm to her foot's length to find she will fit comfortably into a Size 39 (250mm Footbed Length). At that size, the Regular Width footbed of 97mm will fit her foot properly.

When will my order be dispatched?

Our legendary fulfilment team will be processing and shipping all orders within approximately 2-10 business days from date of order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this peak season and will keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How long will delivery take once my order has shipped?

Australia Post timeframes are approximately:

Sale Express Shipping: Allow 4 to 8 business day delivery for most areas.
Sale Standard Shipping: Allow 6 to 12 business day delivery for most areas.

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during the busy sale and holiday period.

Express Shipping is the fastest option if you need your order sooner.

Australia Post is our primary carrier. Please check the Australia Post Delivery Updates page for the most current information on any delays in your area.

in-store pick up - when can i collect my order?

Available from our Darby Street store. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing — you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Can I return items purchased during the sale?

Yes — items purchased at 20% off can be returned for store credit only.

How do I make a return?

You can easily submit your return through our Returns Portal.

Do extended Christmas returns apply to sale purchases?

Yes — items purchased between 5th November and 25th December can be returned up until 8th January 2026, as long as they meet our standard conditions (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached).

Are any items final sale?

Yes — products discounted more than 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. This includes updating your shipping address or swapping items in your order. Please double-check all details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet been packed.

Can I return vinyl, books, swimwear, earrings, candles or gift cards?

No — these items are non-returnable for change of mind.
