Our legendary fulfilment team will be processing and shipping all orders within approximately 2-10 business days from date of order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this peak season and will keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Australia Post timeframes are approximately:

  • Sale Express Shipping: Allow 4 to 8 business day delivery for most areas.
  • Sale Standard Shipping: Allow 6 to 12 business day delivery for most areas.

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during the busy sale and holiday period. 

Express Shipping is the fastest option if you need your order sooner.

Yes — items purchased at 20% off can be returned for store credit only.

You can easily submit your return through our Returns Portal.

Yes — items purchased between 5th November and 25th December can be returned up until 8th January 2026, as long as they meet our standard conditions (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached).

Yes — products discounted more than 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. This includes updating your shipping address or swapping items in your order. Please double-check all details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet been packed.
