SHIPPING CHARGES 

• Free Standard Shipping on full-price orders over $200
• Standard Shipping – $12.95 (for orders under $200)
• Express Shipping – $19.95
• Add Signature on Delivery – $2.95 (optional on all shipping methods)

Although we strive to process and post your order as quickly as possible,
there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse.

Note: We currently only ship within Australia.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Our legendary fulfilment team will be processing and shipping within 1–5 business days from date of order. Keep an eye on your inbox for shipping updates.

Please Note: Express Shipping orders will be prioritised.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

• Express Shipping: Allow 2 to 4 business days for most areas.
• Standard Shipping: Allow 2 to 6 business days for most areas.

 

PACKAGING AND TRACKING

We use 100% compostable trackable satchels and recyclable 'corner crush' resistant vinyl mailers for our shipments. We will provide tracking details after your item has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If returning an item, it must be sent back in either a secure satchel or a postage box to ensure safe delivery.

Items that qualified for Free Shipping will incur a $9.95 re-stocking fee if returned for a refund.

All orders placed that have opted for Free Returns & Package Protection will be covered for loss & damage during transit.
However, this will not cover the package for any theft once it has been delivered to your chosen address.

Please note, Free Returns & Package Protection is non-refundable. 

All items marked as Final Sale (reduced by more than 20%) cannot be returned or exchanged, except for faulty products. So please choose wisely on those juicy Final Sale items as they are yours for keeps! 

RESPONSIBILITY

Once standard orders have been dispatched (orders without Free Returns & Package Protection), Abicus is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All Australian domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway/Aramex Couriers.
