Redeem

1. Login to your customer account here and check your points balance and available rewards in the loyalty portal pop-up in the bottom left of our website

2. Add the products to your cart.

3. In the loyalty portal pop-up, click the ‘Redeem’ tab and click the ‘Claim’ button next to the loyalty reward you want to use.

4. The loyalty portal will display the unique discount code to enter at checkout - copy and paste this in the Discount Code field at checkout.

5. You can also view your loyalty points and loyalty rewards through our loyalty portal pop-up in the bottom left corner of our website

Please note only one reward voucher can be used at a time.

Can I use multiple reward vouchers on one transaction?

No. Sorry only one reward voucher can be used per transaction.

If I return an item will I be reimbursed my reward voucher?

No, loyalty rewards cannot be refunded to your account once they have been redeemed. Any loyalty points earned on an order that is later refunded will be automatically removed from your account.

What reward do I receive for my points?

When you reach 500 points you can redeem a $25 voucher
