Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We happily accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or refund.
 We are not able to offer exchanges for Online purchases.

  • Items shipped for Free will incur a $9.95 re-stocking fee if returned for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer if our REDO Unlimited Free Returns & Package Protection has not been purchased at checkout.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition with swing tags attached, and will be accepted at the discretion of our team.
  • Footwear must be returned in original, undamaged condition with no marks or scratches on the soles, and in the original shoe box.
  • Returns must be securely packaged in a satchel or sturdy postage box to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged in transit due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund or credit note.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Vinyl
  • Books
  • Swimwear & Intimates
  • Earrings
  • Candles
  • Incense
  • Gift Cards

All items marked as Final Sale (reduced by more than 20%) cannot be returned or exchanged, except for faulty products. So please choose wisely on those juicy Final Sale items as they are yours for keeps! 

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

For in-store purchases, we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase for full-priced items. Please note, we do not issue refunds for change of mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. All in-store Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.

 

HOW TO RETURN

All online returns are processed via our Portal. If you have selected to receive a Store Credit you will be emailed a code to make your next purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your bank.
If you paid via Afterpay or Zip, your refund will be credited to your account.

Items purchased using a gift card can only be returned for store credit.

CREDIT NOTES

Once we receive and process your return, a credit note will be emailed to you with a code for online redemption. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item please get in touch with us at online@abicus.com.au

If your item was purchased in-store please feel free to bring it in. 

If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the manufacturer.
It is at their discretion to approve the outcome. The manufacturer will then notify Abicus whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Please note, items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Free Returns & Package Protection to your order for added peace of mind.

What this covers

  • prepaid Australia Post return label via our Returns Portal

  • Package protection if your parcel is deemed lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post

What this doesn’t cover

  • Theft after delivery, including parcels marked as delivered to your nominated address

All orders that opt into Free Returns & Package Protection will be covered for loss or damage during transit.
