Inspired by Australian servicewear, 1960s–1980s.
As Australia’s cafés, hotels and restaurants grew through the second half of the 20th century, service uniforms became a balance of presentation and practicality. Shirts needed to look sharp through a long shift while remaining comfortable and easy to wear.
The Rustler Shirt takes inspiration from this era of Australian hospitality, reworked in lightweight cotton seersucker with a relaxed, oversized fit. The textured fabric adds natural airflow, while the garment wash gives it a softer, lived-in feel.
Finished with deep back pleats for ease of movement, it's a modern take on the shirts worn behind the bar, across the counter and on the floor.
