Perfectly re-issued by Warp Records, (180gram UK pressing/uncoated stock jacket) along with their entire back catalogue, every title of which is damn near essential for anyone interested in electronic music.
But it’s the way Boards makes you feel. The drifting synths, the down-played skeletal analog beats, the tape warped tones... the haze, the colour, the scope... the Scottish brothers mainline a sound quite like no other. Hugely influential and rightly so.
For those yet to experience the Boards, this sure would be a beautiful place to start! Love all their records but this EP really is something else.
