Are you an all-round retail superstar?  We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Permanent Part-time Team Member  to join the Abicus crew. 

28 hours per week — Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

The Role

What you’ll be doing…
·       Delivering warm, engaging and genuine customer service

·       Creating an inspiring store environment through visual merchandising

·       Online order fulfilment and customer care across all our channels

·       Supporting stock control, inventory and data entry 
·       Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
·       Pitching in wherever needed — we’re a team that helps each other out!


What we're looking for...
·       Customer service experience — ideally in fashion retail
·      A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences
·       A positive, growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn
·       A natural team player who enjoys collaborating with others
·       Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail
·       Confidence with data entry and stock control
·       Someone who is available during the peak retail periods
·       A genuine love of music

We opened our doors 25 years ago with a crate of records, a rail of clothing and a vision to bring hard-to-find and unique products to Newcastle. Our inseparable mix of music, books, apparel and footwear has seen the business grow steadily ever since.

With the addition of our ecommerce store, we’ve expanded beyond the shopfront to share our carefully curated selection with customers far and wide.
