Although we strive to process and post your order as quickly as possible,
there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid your order being impacted by any unpreventable postage delays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Express Shipping: Allow 2 to 4 business days for most areas.
Standard Shipping: Allow 2 to 8 business days for most areas.
PACKAGING AND TRACKING
We use 100% compostable trackable satchels and recyclable 'corner crush' resistant vinyl mailers for our shipments. We will provide tracking details after your item has been dispatched.
FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION
All orders placed that have opted for Free Returns & Package Protection will be covered for loss & damage. Free Returns are processed via our Portal here:
