The Abicus website provides information, products, and services and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Abicus website, you accept that you have read and understood these terms and conditions in full and are bound to the terms and conditions of Abicus.
Abicus reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time and without notice. These changes are effective immediately.
It is your responsibility as the user to read and understand changes to the terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY
Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details. To summarise:
- If returning an item, it must be sent back in either a secure satchel or a postage box to ensure safe delivery.
- Items that qualified for Free Shipping will incur a $9.95 re-stocking fee if returned for a refund.
- All orders placed that have opted for Free Returns & Package Protection will be covered for loss & damage. Free Returns are processed via our Portal here.
Please note: Free Returns & Package Protection is non-refundable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Abicus posts Australia-wide using Australia Post. We have found them to be very reliable.
AFTERPAY
There is a minimum of $100 in place for any order made with Afterpay.
PRICE
Prices are all displayed and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Abicus reserves the right to change prices without notice.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is no longer available, Abicus will contact you immediately, giving you the option of selecting an alternate item, size, or a refund.
PAYMENTS
Abicus accepts Visa and MasterCard via our finance partner Stripe, as well as Afterpay.
SHOPPING SAFE & SECURE
Abicus uses the latest secure banking technology with our finance partners via Shopify. Your information is safe and secure whenever you shop online with us. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Shopify's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share credentials with Shopify's (API, website, etc.).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed and processed, you cannot cancel that order. If you wish to change the items purchased, you will need to wait until the goods have been received, at which point you can complete a return as per the instructions outlined in the Returns Policy.
If a refund is made, any money received from you will be returned using the same method of original payment.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is considered faulty, Abicus will provide you with a replacement. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be offered for all items where:
- Items are delivered/received damaged.
- Items are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
- Items are wrongly described.
Please note, items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the manufacturer, and it is at their discretion to approve the return. The manufacturer will then notify Abicus whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or credited.
