We don’t usually accept returns on Sale items, however, in the spirit of our November 2024 Sale, we’re happy to let it roll on items that are 20% Off full RRP. Please refer to the Online Returns Policy below for more info.

All items marked as Final Sale (reduced by more that 20%) cannot be returned or exchanged, except for faulty products. So please choose wisely on those juicy Final Sale items as they are yours for keeps!
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or refund. We are not able to offer exchanges for Online purchases.
- All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition with swing tags attached, and will be accepted at the discretion of our team.
- Footwear must be returned in original, undamaged condition with no marks or scratches on the soles, and in the original shoe box.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Vinyl
- Books
- Swimwear & Intimates
- Earrings
- Candles
- Gift Cards
IN-STORE RETURNS
For in-store purchases, we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase for full-priced items. Please note, we do not issue refunds for change of mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. All in-store Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.
HOW TO RETURN
All online returns are processed via our Portal. If you have selected to receive a Store Credit you will be emailed a code to make your next purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your bank. If you paid via Afterpay or Zip, your refund will be credited to your account.
CREDIT NOTES
Once we receive and process your return, a credit note will be emailed to you with a code for online redemption. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
We strive to ensure the quality of all items before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Online fulfillment team with your order number & description of the issue.
In the case that an item is deemed faulty, a refund or replacement will be made available at the discretion of the brand
