Stock Co-Ordinator - Permanent Part Time
About the Gig
Abicus is looking for a dedicated Stock Co-Ordinator.
This is an integral behind the scenes role, overseeing all stock movements for our business.
- Permanent Part Time Position
- 28 Hours Per Week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Hours may increase during peak periods
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience of in a similar retail setting, using Lightspeed POS and Shopify is desirable.
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- A growth mindset, enthusiastic and welcoming to feedback.
- Having capabilities for repetitive bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- Bi-lateral lifting of up to 15kg and use of step ladders when required.
Role Responsibilities
- Precisely enter product data into our Lightspeed POS program.
- Receive, check and store incoming stock deliveries. Unpack and prepare stock for display on retail shop floor.
- Replenishing stock to fully support the retail floor team.
- Communicating new stock arrivals with the E-Commerce Manager and Retail Team Leader.
- Handling any stock and invoicing discrepancies, or faulty product claims with suppliers.
- Maintain a clean and organised stock holding and office space.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Manage thorough stocktakes at EOFY.
- Follow and enforce all WHS procedures and protocols.
- Retail shop floor customer service and online fulfilment when required.
- Reporting to Retail Team Leader and Business Owners.
