Returns & Exchanges

Not in love with your new purchase? We’ve got you. 

    Terms & Conditions

    • All return requests must be processed by the customer within 7 days of pick-up or delivery and returned back to Abicus within 14 days.
      If you need longer, please let us know.
    • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, including any tags and associated designer packaging (dust bags, boxes, etc.)
    • We ask that shoes be tried on soft, carpeted surfaces as shoes with scuffed soles or worn interiors will not be accepted.
    • Shoe boxes must be returned in original condition, otherwise a repackaging fee of $10 will apply.
    • Swimwear, underwear or earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards, candles, or vinyl purchases.
    • All sale items are final sale.

     

    Online Returns 

    • We offer refunds only. If you require a different size or colour you will need to re-purchase, however exchanges are available in-store.
    • All returns must be made through our returns portal. If you aren't able to access this for any reason please email online@abicus.com.au so we can help you out.
    • Click through to our returns portal here.
    • Enter the email you used when making your purchase, you’ll then receive a login code to that email account.
    • Once logged in, you should see all purchases made at Abicus - simply hit ’Request Return’ on your chosen order, fill in the reason, and leave a note if you like.
    • Any orders that don’t meet our returns guidelines will be automatically declined. If you’re unsure, our returns policy is available on the request page, or at the bottom of the Account Home page.

    • All returns must be sent in a tracked satchel or box at the customers’ expense with the RA number clearly displayed on the outside.
    • All refunds will be made to your original payment method, not including any shipping.
    • We are unable to offer exchanges, all purchases will need to be sent back and the correct item purchased separately.
    • All sale items are final sale.

    In-store Returns

    • Goods purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit only. Any exception to this policy must be recorded on the original purchase receipt.
    • In the case that an item is deemed faulty, a refund or replacement will be made available at the discretion of the brand.
    • All sale items are final sale.
