Refund Policy

We understand that when buying online, sometimes items just aren’t quite what you were expecting. The fit might not be perfect, the colour maybe a little different in the flesh… we want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase! This is why Abicus will happily refund you if the items are not quite right.

Please note:  These conditions apply to online purchases only. We do not refund in-store purchases.

 Here are the conditions just so it’s all easy and clear.

 

Conditions of Online Refunds:

 A refund for full priced items will be provided when:

  • Returned items are in sellable condition, unworn, in original packaging and with tags attached
.

If you wish to make a return via post, the return shipping fees will be at your own cost except in the case of being sent the incorrect item.

The refund will be for the purchased item amount only, minus any shipping charges. We do not offer return or exchange on sale items,
unfortunately, so please choose carefully as the purchase is final.

We do not take returns on vinyl unless faulty.

Due to health regulations swimwear, underwear, body products and jewellery are unable to be returned, unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

How to return an item:

It's a cinch!

 

VIA POST:

Simply email online@abicus.com.au to request a Return Authorisation number (RA).

Once an RA has been received, please send items back within 7 days of receiving your item to the following address: 

ABICUS 103 DARBY STREET COOKS HILL NSW 2300

Items MUST be returned via registered post at your expense with tracking details. Package must also have RA number displayed on outside of return post satchel, along with your full name and contact details.

Please Note: If we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty the customer doesn’t have to pay for return shipping.

Abicus is NOT responsible for the safe return of your item.

 

VIA IN-STORE:

Please Note: We usually accept returns via in-store but as we are temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic we cannot offer this option. Simply shoot us an email and we can work something out for you. : )

Below are the usual in-store returns process. 

Email us at info@abicus.com.au to request a Return Authorisation number (RA). Once an RA has been received you can visit us in-store within 7 days of receiving your item to the following address:

If you return your item in-store you are eligible for either a full refund and or exchange/store credit (to be used in-store only).

All returns must comply with all of the above. If the returned items do not comply with the above the refund will not be processed.

 

Faulty items:

If an item is found to be faulty, Abicus will provide you with a replacement. If the item is no longer available a refund will be offered for all items where:

  • Items are delivered/received damaged

  • Items are deemed faulty by the manufacturer

  • Items are wrongly described


Please Note:  Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the manufacturer and it is at their discretion to approve the return.

The manufacturer then notifies Abicus as to whether the item will be repaired, replaced or credited.
