Eligibility: The "Win a pair of Blundstone boots for you and your best mate" Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Abicus and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, 22 May 2024, at 6:00 PM AEST and ends on Wednesday, 29 May 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Entry Method: To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow both Abicus (@abicus) and Blundstone AU (@blundstoneau) on Instagram and tag their 'best mate' in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
Prize: Two (2) pairs of Blundstone boots, one for the winner and one for their tagged 'best mate', in the specified sizes, subject to availability. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner and their tagged 'best mate' will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Abicus reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Shipping: The prize will be shipped to the winner's and their mate's addresses within Australia at no cost to them. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
General Conditions: Abicus reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Abicus, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
